Mersey Forest team visits international forestry exhibition
Members of The Mersey Forest team attended the APF International Forestry Exhibition yesterday.
The exhibition brings together forestry professionals from all aspects of the sector to share expertise, form partnerships, and demonstrate new techniques.
Exhibitors included forestry organisations such as event organisers Confor, Forestry Commission and ICF and forestry businesses such as contractors, craftsmen and tree surgeons.
Visiting the exhibition was a fantastic opportunity for the team to scope out new partnerships within the forestry sector and explore the latest methods of managing woodlands.
The APF International Forestry Exhibition 2014 is being held at the Ragley Estate, Alcester, Warwickshire, until 20 September.
