Send in your autumn photographs

12 October 2012

Autumn has finally arrived in The Mersey Forest. We love watching the leaves change from green to golden.

Taking the time to get outdoors and enjoy the changing seasons is not only fun but can also improve both your mental and physical health and wellbeing, according to Liverpool Primary Care Trust's Decade of Health and Wellbeing campaign. The five ways to live a happy, healthy life are based upon research by more than 400 scientists across the world, compiled by nef.

What does autumn look like where you live? Let us know by posting your photographs on our Facebook wall or joining the conversation on Twitter.

We've already had lots of "likes" on our call for autumnal photographs on Facebook, and we've received two great photographs from Paul Hazlehurst and Paul Quigley - keep them coming!
