The planting and management of trees and woodlands in the right way can help to reduce river and surface water flooding - something that's especially important in a changing climate.

Our work contributes to Water Framework Directive objectives and can contribute towards a whole catchment approach to maintaining water quality. We are working with approving bodies to better integrate trees and woodlands within the design of sustainable drainage systems.
