Delamere Forest Park is the biggest area of woodland in The Mersey Forest and is a much-loved place to visit for cycling, walking, relaxing and exploring nature.

It's just one of a whole host of woodlands within the Forest, from dramatic pine forest to small, calm urban oases.

The Mersey Forest is a collection of woodlands and green spaces within Merseyside and North Cheshire. You can explore the forest in our Things To Do section. There are plenty of walks and cycle routes to download and print.

The whole aim of The Mersey Forest is to plant more trees across the area, helping to make Merseyside and North Cheshire into one of the best places to live in the UK. If you'd like to see the forest expand, please join us or support us with a donation.
