Cheshire and Warrington LNP Conference

16 October 2019
Our annual Local Nature Partnership seminar will be on Thursday 16 October 2019  9:30am at Chester Zoo.

The focus of this year's annual seminar is to respond to the Climate Emergency motions, passed by local authorities. Amongst our speakers are the Leader of Cheshire East Council and the Chief Executive of Cheshire West and Chester who will be updating on  the climate emergency responses in their authorities. .

We will also look at how our land management is chaging and funding mechanisms are evolving, so we are delighted that Sarah Hendry, Director General from the CLA will be joinging us as a key note speaker. Sarah worked at senior level within DEFRA for many years before joining the CLA and therefore has exceptional understanding of how the new environmental land management funding programme may look..

The event is free and open to all but please do register. You can book your place here:
